From a very young age I knew that I wanted to start my own business as soon as I legally could. During 2020 I purchased my first Gozney Roccbox which has given me the time to perfect my pizza making skills. Additionally lockdown seemed like the perfect opportunity to buckle down and start the project. It all started with finding the perfect trailer that would suit my needs. I had seen that there was a horsebox for sale in nearby village so I contacted the owner and we agreed a purchase price.
I then commenced the conversion.
I am Tom, the founder of Pizza Please. I must confess that I am currently running the business alone but I do have part-time waiters and front of house team to assist me with events and pop ups.
We are based in the lovely town of Henley-On-Thames. The trailer can be transported to any location as long as it is suitable for a 4x4 vehicle. We also have a refrigerated van which is perfect in the summer for keeping everything cool and we can tow the trailer behind this for jobs further afield.
We believe that the key to a great pizza is great ingredients. That's why we only use the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in all of our dishes. We source our produce from local farmers whenever possible, and we are committed to using organic ingredients whenever possible. We also make everything from scratch in our kitchen, so you can be sure that your pizza is fresh and flavourful.
At Pizza Please, our mission is to create delicious and healthy food options that inspire and nourish our customers. We believe that good food should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their dietary restrictions or preferences. That's why we offer a wide range of options, including vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free pizzas, as well as traditional favourites that everyone can enjoy.
We believe that good food should be good for the planet, too. That's why we are committed to sustainability in everything we do. We use biodegradable packaging, recycle and compost as much as possible, and source our ingredients from local and sustainable sources. We are always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact and make a positive difference.
